in its information services, including making its popular MEDLINE
database of journal article references and abstracts free and easier
for the public to use. MEDLINE searches went from 7 million a year
to 216 million.

America's 25 million small business owners and future
entrepreneurs can now e-mail their questions about starting and
growing their businesses to the U.S. Small Business Administration.
