Worth Uses Technology to Link Waiting Kids with Adoptive Parents

servants and their partners in Dallas-Fort Worth -- in an effort
to reform the adoption system for waiting foster children -- created
and placed "electronic adoption kiosks" in the lobbies of two federal
buildings. Telephone calls to public adoption agencies increased
from 20 a month to more than a hundred an hour.
