Congressman Frank to Discuss Commission

Boston, Massachusetts. Co-Chair Ellen Feingold and Executive Director Gerard Holder met with Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) to discuss the work of the Commission on Affordable Housing and Health Facility Needs for Seniors in the 21st Century. Congressman Frank is the ranking member on the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Community Opportunity.

Frank has been supportive of the Commission's work and is looking forward to the Commission's upcoming report. The meeting follows a recent meeting between Co-Chair Nancy Hooks, Executive Director Holder, and Deputy Executive Director Ken Trepeta with Congresswoman Marge Roukema (R-NJ) who chairs the Subcommittee on Housing and Community Opportunity. The Commission looks forward to providing the subcommittee with a detailed report including concrete legislative suggestions for the Congress.
