Conducting a Community Meeting

Thank you for your participation in this national effort to engage individuals across the country in finding solutions that will lead to health care that works for all Americans. The following materials are available for you to download.

Please note: having completed the tasks set by Congress, we are unable to accept further input. These resources are included for your information and understanding of the Working Group's information gathering process.
