|Dr. David Wyndham Murray, Ph.D.|
Dr. David Murray is the Director of Research at the Statistical Assessment Service and Adjunct Professor at the Graduate Program of Public Policy, Georgetown University. He has also taught at Connecticut College, Brown University and Brandeis University.
He has researched the cross cultural study of language and cognition, cultural constructions of personhood, the natural basis of emotion, political economy of family and household organization, myth ritual, and most recently the laboratory practice of Western science.
His commentaries have been published in The Public Interest, Society, The Public Perspective, The Sciences, Academic Questions, First Things, Crisis, Policy Review, Commentary as well as Knight–Ridder and Scripps Howard syndicated columns.
