Download the full Antitrust Modernization Commission Record

The bound AMC Report includes a CD-ROM containing the Record of the Commission.  The Record includes all comments received, transcripts of AMC hearings, and statements submitted by witnesses for the hearings, as well as certain other materials.  The CD-ROM also contains the full Report.

To download the full Record, please follow the instructions below.  You may either download it to your computer and open the record from there, or you may create your own CD-ROM of the AMC’s Record.  Note:  These files are extremely large (over 150MB) and may take a long time to download.

For PC/Windows operating systems:

(1) Download the Commission Record (Windows version). This zip file contains three loose files and the documents folder.

(2) For desktop use: Unzip the Commission Record into a folder on your hard drive.  Run the AMC.exe file to access the Record.

(3) To create a CD-ROM: Unzip the Commission Record onto your hard drive and then burn its contents (the three files and documents folder) onto a blank CD.  You may need CD-ROM burning software to create a data disk in this fashion.  Once created, the CD should play automatically when inserted into your hard drive.

For Mac/OS X operating systems:

(1)  Download the Commission Record (Mac version) (this file contains the CD ROM files).

(2)  Expand/extract the Stuffit file, which will expand to AMC-Record.cdr.

(3)  For desktop use: Double click on the AMC-Record.cdr icon.  That will mount a disk image.  Double click on the “AMC” file to access the Record.

(4)  To create a CD-ROM:  Using Disk Utility, select the disk image of AMC-Record.cdr.  Click the Burn icon in the toolbar to burn to a CD-ROM.  (The finished CD-ROM will work on a Mac or Windows PC.)

Note:  For the Record to work properly on a Mac, your default browser must be capable of opening .pdf files in the browser window.
