You'll find information on more than 1400 federal programs, including grants, loans, scholarships, and other forms of assistance, both financial and non-financial.
 
Filing Patent Applications Using the Internet
Early this year, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a new performance-based organization in the Department of Commerce, unveiled a pilot program that will allow a small group of participants to apply online for patents for inventions that aren't too complex.
