Please be informed the CPA intends to post a requirement synopsis, then a Request for Proposal (RFP)for a contractor to establish and operate a Close Personal Protection/Force Protection Training School. The school will train 4,800 Iraqi personnel over an 18-month time period to work for the Iraqi Ministry of Justice on Personal Security Details. This requirement will be awarded under full and open competition market conditions. It is expected proposal receipt times will be short, estimated time is a week or less after posting to the Federal Business Opportunities website and CPA website. Amendment 01 and 02- Provides Questions and Answers and extends the date and time for receipt of offers to 2400 (midnight) 19 June 2004
