IMHO as a person who leases,  you should consider yourself lucky you can lease my quota for 60 pennies per pound. For most, with tobacco prices where they are... It isn't worth growing. But our RIGHT to grow is reserved.

If you think that I won't pay to keep that right you're crazy.... I can produce without making money because tobacco isn't where my money is made.
