To whom it may concern:

I am a tobacco farmer in Southside Virginia.  I have been for the 30 years since I
graduated from VA Tech University.  My father and grandfather also farmed this land.  We have been on this farm since 1910 and we are in the favor of the buyout
of the quota and the relicensing of the tobacco production.  We would
like to have the production in the hands of the producer so that US
tobacco will remain competitive in the World market.
