Subject: Advocacy of the FairTax Comment: I have a longstanding dissatisfaction with compliance costs (i.e., time and money) and the inefficiencies and instrusive nature of tax collections. I am enthusiastic about the FairTax and am hopeful that congress and the president can wean itself from the incestuous relationship they have with lobbyists. Scrap the tax code, dismantle 95% of the IRS and use the savings to pay down a portion of the debt, we would otherwise pass along to our children. Thank you. |
