Subject: support for the Fair Tax Comment: I am SO tired of feeling like a slave to the IRS! The only proposal I am aware of that would genuinely end that is the Fair Tax national sales tax idea. It would make every citizen aware of how much tax he or she was paying and allow some choice in the matter since used goods won't be taxed. It will make April 15th just another day. Because of the "prebate" it is automatically progressive without any bureaucratic rule making. The list of benefits goes on--please look carefully at it and appreciate the difference it will make to all of us! |
