Subject: Taxing Health Benefits

Comment: I am appalled that this would be taxed. It is the only real benefit some obtain from employers. Then, it is riddled with co-pays and other excluded options such as going for other doctors or second opinions.
The pharmaceutical side is horrendous, if you have double insurance, it no longer covers all but only to the co-pay, so that the second insurance still doesn't reimburse your co-pay of 40-50 dollars. For persons with 10 medications per month, per family that is 400-500 dollars per month!
