Comment: Truly, there are so rare, the moments in time, that one is gifted the opportunity to demonstrate and effect literaly billions of human beings with a single decision. I implore you to do the right thing. Get the FairTax passed. If Ben Franklin were on your panel. He would insist on using his "decision making tool" of listing the pros and cons of each aspect of each proposal and then additionally giving each one of those pros and cons a weight. If you were to do this and compare the FairTax to all other proposals, the FairTax would overwhelmingly and demonstrably be the chosen system. I challenge you to do the same. This is no longer a difficult decision. Does this panel have the foritude to make the right and best recomendation?
