Subject: Tax Reform

Comment: Hello,
I am just a regular guy.

Keep a progressive income tax but get rid of all those extra lines for
weird deductions, adjustments, etc.

For payroll taxes make it easier to hire new people. Eliminate employer
unemployment and FICO matching and deduct it from the employee's pay but
increase the employee's pay by the money saved by the company.

For all capital gains, interest and dividends just a simple 15% tax.

Keep the 'death tax' but at a reasonable rate. We don't need a bunch of
rich people who didn't do anything for their money but inherit it.

Social Security doesn't need private accounts. We have 401Ks and IRAs for that. Keep it 100% secure.
