High Impact Agency Goal Update
The following table summarizing just two of our major goals to provide better service to our customers, along with our accomplishments thus far in achieving these goals.
Goal 1 | Develop an integrated, nationwide outdoor recreation information system that will give all Americans quick and easy electronic access to information about recreation on federal lands, recreation use permits, and reservations. |
Accomplishments | Developed Recreation.gov, a one-stop source for information about recreation on federal lands. Recreation.gov has been very successful, including these accomplishments:

Goal 2 | Provide one-stop shopping for information, permits, and other frequently requested over-the-counter products and services at Forest Service and BLM facilities. |
Accomplishments | Initiated Service First, a partnership to provide seamless, one-stop shopping in a convenient, efficient and effective way. Service First has been beneficial to both our customers and the BLM and Forest Service. Some of our successes include:
