ADOPTION OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

CHAIRMAN JAMES: I see that we have eight Commissioners in attendance and needing only a majority present, we have a quorum to conduct the business of the Commission.

The staff have prepared minutes from the October 31st meeting which were included in the Commissioners' briefing books behind Tab 3. I hope you've had a chance to review these prior to this morning.

If there are no corrections or changes, can we adopt these minutes?

COMMISSIONER DOBSON: So moved.

COMMISSIONER WILHELM: Second.

CHAIRMAN JAMES: So moved and properly seconded.

Call for a vote. All in favor.

(Chorus of ayes.)

CHAIRMAN JAMES: Any opposed?
