• Fort Recovery Local Schools, Fort Recovery, Ohio - Hear Superintendent Pat Niekamp and others describe how this small, rural district has reached the highest ranking in the Ohio accountability system. • Mount Royal Elementary School, Baltimore City Public Schools - Hear Principal Mark Frankel and others describe how they have built a school with high numbers of economically disadvantaged students into a hub of high achievement. Recognized by the Maryland Department of Education for their significant gains on state tests, Mount Royal epitomizes the belief that all children can learn and has created the learning opportunities to turn belief into reality.

• Henrico County (VA) Public Schools and Hermitage High School - Superintendent Mark Edwards and others will describe how this suburban Richmond district and this large, diverse high school have achieved recognition for their improvements on state assessments. Data analysis and professional development are key elements of a continuous improvement strategy that is helping move all students to higher levels of achievement.
