Members of the press review the document in a controlled environment where they were sequestered until the 10:00 am official release time. Reporters surrendered their cell phones, pagers, and wireless modems before receiving a copy of the report. Phones were removed from the facility and the phone jacks taped over. Reporters were not allowed to leave the controlled area until the official report release time.
