Change of Venue

The next ARC Business Meeting will be held in New York City on Thursday, November 16th

Please be advised that the Amtrak Reform Council will hold its next scheduled business meeting in the New York State Public Service Commission, Department of Public Service, New York City Branch at One Penn Plaza in New York, New York 10019. The meeting will take place in the Boardroom on the eighth floor and will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. and will adjourn by 6:00 p.m. (The location is between Seventh and Eighth Avenue and has street entrances on West 33rd and West 34th Street. The building may also be entered via Penn Station from the Concourse level in the Long Island Railroad terminal.)

The Council's agenda includes a discussion of the staff's working paper on Amtrak and the Northeast Corridor infrastructure; a discussion of the staff's summary of the Council's outreach meetings, as well as other items proposed by the Council staff.

An agenda for the November 16th ARC Business Meeting will be available on the ARC website on Thursday, November 9th. None of the staff working papers will be available to the media prior to the meeting. The papers will only become available when and if the Council votes to adopt any of the recommendations forwarded by the staff.
