Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction

The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction will cease operations and close its Arlington, Virginia office on May 27, 2005.

The Commission was established by Executive Order 13328 and signed by President George W. Bush on February 6, 2004. After a year of study that included the review of thousands of documents and hundreds of interviews with knowledgeable observers from both within and outside the intelligence community, the Commission presented its report to the President on March 31, 2005.
