Women Who Made It Happen:
A Women's History Project

The President's Commission on the Celebration of Women in American History invites you to register your women's history project on this form.

Projects should document or honor the lives or works of one or more women in your community or state. For project suggestions, please refer to the Commission's report to the President. Copies of the report are available from GSA, Office of Communications, 1800 F. Street N.W., Washington DC 20405 or by e:mail to martha.davis@gsa.gov

Projects must be registered by June 30, 2000. Project status must be reported by September 30, 2000 and should be 75% complete at that time.

Completed projects will be recognized in the Commission's final report to the President due December, 2000.

Completed projects will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the President's Commission.
