I applaud the Commission on their efforts.  Obviously vast amounts of information and sources were pulled together and sorted out.  I think the report will help one get a better understanding about the serious financial problems tobacco farmers are facing as a result of the quota cuts.  Realizing there are no quick fixes, the fact remains that this is an urgent situation for many growers.  Hopefully some of our representatives in congress will see the need and stand behind a fair buyout proposal.  Thanks to Mr. Kuegel and the Commission for listening to and standing up for us.  Now help us fight.
