Posted: Apr 27, 2005 By: Jon A. Smetana Subject: Repeal the 16th Amendment Comment: Repeal the 16th Amendment with Iowa Rep. Steve King's H.J.Res. 16 and create the "Fair Tax" (H.R. 25/S.25) which is a national sales tax. The 16th Amendment must be repealed.
