Subject: Taxes

Comment: With the lowering of capital gains taxes, and the increase in regressive social security taxes, the rich have been given a free ride on the backs of the middle class. It is time to invest social security outside of the special issue treasury bills. Property taxes, especially death taxes, should increase to 75% or more. If a generation is unable to revitalize the base capital after twenty to thirty years, it is probably best that the capital return to the pool anyway for other more aggressive workers to take advantage of it.
