Subject: Tax Reform

Comment: Where is the reform? The minor changes suggested do little or nothing to improve the present system. I hoped for complete revision of the current mess with either a national sales tax and repeal of the 16th amendment or at the minimum a flat income tax. A consumption tax rather than the traditional income tax would be what out forefathers envisioned and would revive the US economy and competitiveness with the rest of the world as nothing else has ever done. I am very disappointed in the panels conclusions.
