Subject: Tax Reform

Comment: I favor a flat tax regime with no deductions. Under a flat tax, an income which is double that of another pays twice the tax. This is the "fairest" of all proposals.

There should be no exemptions, exclusions, deductions, etc. These only serve to hide the true cost of government from the citizenry.

All incomes above the poverty level should be taxed at the flat rate. No one should be deluded into believing that goverment is free.

There should be no corporate income tax. This tax is actually borne by the corporate customers and is another example of hiding the true cost of government.

Income tax witholding should be discontinued. This is another plan which disguises the true cost of government.

Income taxes should be made payable the week before national elections.
