Subject: increases? what about fairtax?

Comment: It does not surprise me that the tax reform commission has decided the best reform should be a tax increase. I suppose I have grown used to the fact that the federal government is so removed from the people of the U.S. and the responsibilities they used to have to those people so one more change to further strengthen the federal machinery at the expense of the population is not news to me. I had hoped that the commission, for once, would have taken the high road and selected the solution which is obvious to every thinking person without an agenda as the best possible answer to so many problems this country now has. Please reconsider your poor decision and choose the HR 25 (the FairTax plan) instead.
