Subject: TAXES Comment: you know that according to our constitution that the feds are only allowed import and export taxes to run this with due to attempts at keeping it small. You say that was changed with the income tax law changes right? Well perhaps you need to contact Bob Schult with We The People Foundation. At least 1/2 of the states couldn't legally ratify the income tax provision since it would violate their state Constitutions. Now under Gatt and Nafta the federal Government has given away thier funding so by all rights the Federal Govt should be broke and bankrupt and should not get a bailout at all unless they go back to a smaller Government and only recieving their operation funds through import and export taxes.
