Subject: Fair Tax Comment: Suffice it to say, I have done a large amount of reading on the subject of tax reform and have decided that any public official who cannot support the Fair Tax, as proposed by COngressman John Linder, will not receive my vote for re-election, be it to the Senate, House of Representatives or municipal dog-catcher. Tax rates today and, indeed, the entire tax code is broken and beyond repair...the founding fathers started a revoluation for less money that we're being asked to contribute to an already over inflated government. Say goodbye to this taxpayers vote unless a common-sense decision is made my this 'so called reform' panel. |
