Eliminate the depreciation deduction on Schedule E - Rental Income 3. Eliminate the Hope Scholarship Education Credit but keep the Lifetime Learning Credit. 4. Eliminate the Earned Income Credit, Dependent Care Credit, Child tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit and replace them with direct payment to the taxpayer. |
