Subject: Set the record straight on Federal Income Tax Comment: Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen, USDC Case # 04CV01211 has been presented to the Honorable Emmit G. Sullivan to resolve the issues on the Federal Income tax and what requires private citizens to be liable for paying the Federal Income tax. This issue, along with reforming the IRS rules, regulations and statues is needed, as the IRS is not playing fair. I submit to you the following website and the information attached (uploaded) as basis of argument that no US citizen could 1) Possibly be liable or responsible for paying a Federal Income tax, 2) the 16th Amendment was NOT passed legally, 3) the IRS has created a burdensome set of statutes that even the top IRS officials cannot answer the simple question "What law states that citizens have to pay a Federal Income Tax?". This last question, should tax all of 15 seconds to reply to - statute such and such, and not some non-answer such as "I'm offended that these types of questions continue to rise as there are documented court cases on why citizens are required to pay Federal Income Tax and it is their duty as a citizen to help pay the cost and burden of supporting the Federal Government." Things need to change, and if you’re not considering these types of issues, the heart of the matters, then the reform panel is nothing more than a talking head to distract the masses from the real issues at hand. The Government is collecting taxes illegally from its citizens in the form of the Federal Income Tax with the IRS acting as its agent. The government is the servant of the people, not the other way around, and the government needs to be held accountable for its actions. The IRS is not above the law, however it has acted so for so long it believes it is. As such the IRS needs to be reformed immediately, and so do the rules, regulations, and laws concerning its actions. I say these things not as a protestor but a patriot. I have paid my taxes as that is what I have been led to believe I must do. However without being provided proof that I am "liable", "required", or "obligated" in any fashion legally, then how am I to know if I am being told the truth and not robbed? If the documents I am shown by the IRS do not conform to the same standards, rules, formatting and procedures as ALL OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES (see OMB), how am I to know they are in fact legal and binding if they are created fraudulently? How am I to know I am not actually breaking the law by following them? Knowledge is like a spark in the dark, and once lit it cannot be extinguished. The We The People Organization have helped me truly realize that knowledge is power. I have joined their battle for the redress of grievances against the US Government to answer the attached questions (see upload).
