Subject: Tax Reform Comment: I hear your idea of tax reform is to raise taxes on home exemptions and that you misrepresented the Fair Tax Act and said it's too complicated. Are you people idiots? Have you ever completed your own personal tax forms? If the current system is kept, every congressman and IRS employee should have to complete their taxes without help or computer programs, then let me hear The Fair Tax Act (where the individual doesn't have to fill out or pay someone yearly) is too complicated. Does raising taxes on home mortgages get taxes out of all forign visitors to the US? Publius Federalist #45 said federal taxes will be collected principally on the seacoast. Let's get back to the legitimate size of the federal government, and there will be no reason for an individual income tax! |
