Subject: INCOME TAX REFORM Comment: The entire federal tax code should be short and concise. It should contain no more words than the origional federal constitution. I do not care if you choose a sales tax, a value added tax, a flat income tax , a graduated income tax or whatever. If you make it so people can read it, it will be fair. If the average persion cannot read or understand it, it will NOT be fair. |
