Subject: Tax Reform

Comment: Dear Ladies and Gentlemen. No doubt there is a coming storm with regard to tax reform and what the best system to replace our present 90 plus year, abusive, intrusive, and civil rights violating income tax system is. Have to vote for the FairTax (H.R.25/S.25) which I bvelieve after just a little investigation will prove to be the one Tax "replacement" bill that will fit all the criteria needed to get the government boot off the neck of the American people and get our great country back on the path to that which our forefathers planned for the people of this country, i.e., Alexander Hamilton Federalist 21. The United States has always been a global leader and we do not need to borrow tax reform (VAT) from other countries which can be more financially abusive. The FlatTax still deals with income tax and special interests which are the main disruptive and cancerous contributors to the complexity and ongoing paper creating problems that bring us to tax reform in the first place. Your job is not easy and the pressures must be mindboggling but I feel that you and the experience you bring to the Panel will find the proper answers benefiting the good and just for all concerned. Thank you for your time, consideration, and support for H.R.25/S.25 the FairTax.
Sincerely,
Michael G. Foote
