Comment: Tax religious organizations which are no longer nonpolitical. They have
huge accounts which are sometimes invested, but most often are used to
upgrade or construct new buildings whether or not they are needed. Nor do
they assist those in need from their church accounts. Donations for the
needy are most often given "above and beyond" the church account through the
use of "passing the hat". Americans across the country, not just church
members, would benefit from taxing billions held by politically-oriented
religious organizations.

Next, tax Indian casinos. They take in huge amounts of money every day.
While the Chiefs and other top leaders are living fabulously on this income,
casino profits do not filter down to the needy in the Indian tribes.

The GAO pointed out that at least 47 DOD contractors had not paid their
federal taxes, some as far back as 10 years. Nor had paid income taxes
and/or Social Security taxes, Medicare taxes which they had deducted from
employee payrolls.

Instead of looking at ways to get more "blood" out of the working peons in
the US, you need to look at getting taxes from the big-money maker who pays
no taxes and look at getting those back taxes owed by conglomerates. Thank
you for taking the time to look at suggestions from a citizen who is
disgusted with government efforts to placate big business while squeezing
the rest of us.

Very Sincerely,
