Subject: Total abolishment of present tax system Comment: Dear Sir, I have been following the progress of the panel to advise the President on tax reform. It is most encouraging that President Bush is receptive to correcting the present tax system. There is not any government of the people,by the people, and for the people that would willingly submit to the present tax system. It is supposed to be a progressive tax system but it is definitely a regressive one! The only system I have examined that is entirely fair and will truly be good for our country is the Fairtax proprosal.
