Subject: Taxation of Employer Paid Health Benefits

Comment: Taking away the tax exempt status of employer paid health benefits, or even a portion, will hit lower paid employees hardest. Employers are required to adhere to Sec 105H and offer benefits on a non-discriminatory basis. If the employer or the employee looses the tax benefit the incentive to offer benefits to all level of employees is lost.
