Subject: FairTax Superior

Comment: I have calculated the tax owing by tax payers who have earning brackets from minimum wage to $200,000 annually. In every case, 23% FairTax returns more spendable money than Income Tax or 17% Flat Tax.

For example, if you earn $70,000, married, 2 children, standard deductions, your spendable after tax money is now $60,179. If the FairTax method is calculated that same family would have $67,211. And that is assuming only a 15% compliance cost reduction. Economists declare there should be a 22-28% reduction.

If you vote against FairTax you will deprive this family of over $7,000. I can't believe that you would do that so I sincerely recommend that you lend your support to FairTax. Will you?
