In every case, 23% FairTax returns more spendable money than Income Tax or 17% Flat Tax. For example, if you earn $70,000, married, 2 children, standard deductions, your spendable after tax money is now $60,179. If the FairTax method is calculated that same family would have $67,211. And that is assuming only a 15% compliance cost reduction. Economists declare there should be a 22-28% reduction. If you vote against FairTax you will deprive this family of over $7,000.
