Subject: October 11th Panel Recommendations Comment: To whom it may concern- I am a supporter of the H.R.25 / S.25 Fair Tax proposals. I am very unhappy with the recent panel recommendation against enacting a change to a national retail sales tax. It is clear from the panel's comments and those of Connie Mack, that they have not spent sufficient time to understand the concept of the change and the true positive impact it will have as agreed by most economists.
