Subject: Income tax reform Comment: The instructions to correctly complete the 1040 tax form with all required schedules is very dificult for the average person. It is well past the time to simplify that process. Some of the calculations appear to be an exercise in simply being able to follow the instructions. Let's stop fooling around and really simplify tax preparation. Implement a flat tax! |
