Subject: Current Tax Code Comment: I have written to you separately concerning my comments on the Alternative Minimum Income Tax. I should have prefaced that with the following: I don't have a problem with the tax code with all the separate rules nor do I find it too complicated. I am a homemaker!!! I can figure out my family's taxes myself. My gripe is with Congress doing nothing about getting rid of the Alternative Minimum Income Tax which will hit millions of middle class individuals and families in little more than 3 months and a few days from now!!!!! Enough said -- since I have addressed the Alternative Minimum Income tax as a separate issue!!! |
