Subject: Tax Reform Comment: Can you name 5 senators or members of the house of representatives that could prepare their own tax returns? How about 2 that do? To me a system that is that complicated is out of control. Please fix it NOW. While I strongly support the FairTax, I hope you will at least simplify the reporting process. I was appalled to learn that some 400,000 tax returns will actually be prepared in India. It is bad enough to consider the thousands of American jobs created by the tax code, NOW we are supporting other countries just to file. YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. IT IS HIGH TIME YOU GOT AROUND TO THE PEOPLE'S BUSINESS AND STOPPED PLAYING POLITICS. |
