Subject: Tax Reforms

Comment: Recind the Bush Tax cuts for all taxpayers with taxable income in excess of $250,000(indexed for future) and make it more progressive.It is unconscionable that those with taxable income in excess of $311,950 pay the same tax rate as those making $311,950.
Tighten up the AMT so that tax shelters,including tax exempt interest, are of no use and raise the threshold(indexed for future) and the AMT rate.
If there is any excess tax collections then pay down on the debt so that our kids do not have to pay our debts.
If there is a shortfall then let Congress and the President do what they were elected to do to make it revenut . After all the Bush tax cuts were not revenue neutral.
