Subject: Fed. income tax

Comment: I am 74 years old, a paraplegic [ 8 ] years, chronic bronchitis, two heart attacks, and have received the last rites twice. My medicare and blue cross bills exceed $3500 annually,plus I have round the clock sitters at a cost of $58000. I then spend hours trying to pull all of my tax info together to turn it over to a CPA, because I don't have enough sense at this age,nor the patience or intellect to complete the complicated forms. I beg you to place a flat tax (maybe too simple}
