Subject: Taxation System Recommendation Comment: Please change our current income-based taxation system to a consumption-based system. I have spent several months reviewing many alternatives, and the most logical, fair, and equitable option is the proposal found in H.R. 25. I am just an ordinary citizen. I don't pay a lobbyist to influence legislation, I don't contribute large sums to political campaigns, or anything that the "fat cats" do to influence legislation.
