Subject: Taxing Medical Benefits Comment: I would like to express my opinion against taxing medical benefits to either the employee or employer. With double digit increases in medical benefits over the last three years, taxing such benefits would just add salt to the wound. Employers will be less inclined to offer such benefits if they were taxed on them and the tax would hurt those employees who are having a hard enough time making ends meet without the addition of another tax. |
