Comment: Sirs, The existing tax system is far too complicated and leaves too many
loopholes. I suggest that every taxpayer pay 15% of his/her gross wages.
Lower income people would be exempt from taxes if they earned less than
$20,000.00 per year. This could be adjusted up or down consistent with the
annual cost of living. i.e. if the cost of living increased by 2%, the
