Subject: The only way to reform Federal Taxes Comment: If the panel is truly interested in what is best for America and its people, you must recommend a consumption tax over the existing income tax. consumption taxes allow for America to grow stronger and brings jobs/industry/corporations back into the US while eliminating the need for a bloated government agency (IRS) to manage the unmanagable income tax system. Just making modifications will do no good in the long run because the same lobbyists will prevail and trade favors to get the members of our House and Senate to push their special interests. The special interests are typically not good for the average american. If you come back with anything less than a consumption tax, then you have not done your job. Anything less means that you too have fallen prey to others that are pushing their interests (big business or power hungry entities) and are NOT doing what is best for this country of the individual. Be a real American and do what is right for America in the long run. Recommend a consuption tax and eliminate the income tax. Period. Full stop. |
