Subject: HB 25/S25 FairTax Bill Comment: As the owner of a small business, I'm confronted each year with decision to try and minimize my Tax burden. It is has become a game that requires CPA's to unscramble the tax code to get the maximimum benefit. I have even had to make poor business decisions to enable a better break on taxes.
